Zephyr test cases permission issues

Hi!

I would like to seek help on an isolated issue wherein a specific user in our instance got this error.

I checked our permission scheme and his account is added to an active AD group to which it has the "Browse Projects". We also checked Zephyr permission and it is disabled and is pointing to permission scheme.

I'm not sure what the Browse Projects permission enables - it sounds like it should work - but perhaps they need to be added as a member of the project that is blocking access.  Maybe that project has Zephyr permissions enabled, so global permissions work to browse the project, but Zephyr is blocking access?

@Sanam Malleswari thank you for answering! I checked and our Zephyr permission is turned off so it will look for the global permission scheme.

We have other QAs who seem to not have this issue, only isolated to 1 QA... we dont know :D
