installed Custom Charts for JIRA app not shown in dashboard gadgets

I have installed the Custom Charts for JIRA but still could not find it as a gadget while editing the Dashboard.

Is there anything else that should be done aside from installing the App?

Nothing else is required other than installing the app and subscribing to it. If Custom Charts app is installed, enabled, and it has an active subscription, it should be possible to add the gadgets on dashboards.

If the gadgets are not available, please submit a support request at our portal, and we'll investigate.

I got the Custom CHart app after restarting my PC, thanks anyways!
