where can i get the Request type in from Power bi Connector for JIRA?

Hi Everyone, 

I'm creating a dashboard connecting to JIRA via the power bi Connector for JIRA. i was not able to find the field in "Request type" in JIRA work Management. Does anyone know where i can find it i wanted to use it to filter based on the issue type or issue id.

You can follow this path to find the needed fields: 

Jira Service Management tab -> the "Service Management Custom Fields" table -> the "Request Type" field

But this table doesn't have IssueID values, so it's useless since it's impossible to link a specific issue in the report with its corresponding request type

Welcome to the community.

Request Type is a field on related to JSM projects.

For all other projects, use the field issue type.
