Preferred Account Dynamic field check box when chosen shows two other fields. My dynamic field is configured correctly and was working. The Admin updated to Jira v10.3.2 and the field stopped working. Now the fields that were hidden display all the time. This is on my Service Desk Portal.
It is recommended to contact Deviniti (the vendor of your third party add-on) for direct support.
It is also very important that you identified which Deviniti add-on that provided with the functionality prior to your Jira/JSM upgrade to 10.3.2 - meaning the add-on version must also be upgraded if the specific add-on supports 10.3.2 version or not. If not, then this may be the cause of your problem now.
This is not the core components associated with Jira/JSM applications from Atlassian.
