Hello Kaushal,

You can try NewSysRS plugin and check if it suits you company needs. This is available for Jira Cloud only

Hi Kaushal, You can configure Jira/Confluence to this. However if you are looking for a plugin you can try:

Available both for Cloud & DC

Seeing your bullet points, instead of using  a Jira plugin, I think the lesser known Jira Product Discovery would be a great match to your use case!

Make sure you give it a try.

@Aron Gombas _Midori_ yes JIRA Product Discovery is one such tool but it is not supported on DATA Center hence we are unable to use it

(Note that the Cloud deployment type was selected on the top, it is misleading!)

On DC, this app comes with very similar functionality: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1223686/idea-hub-initiatives-and-product-discovery-in-jira?hosting=datacenter&tab=overview

Hi @kaushalkumar_jha and welcome to the Community,

not sure what your specific question is? Your bulletpoints sound like a sales pitch for Jira. This is pretty much exactly what Jira does - so which features are you missing or what doesn't work for you?

kaushalkumar_jha January 17, 2025

hi @Rebekka Heilmann _viadee_ thanks for your response. Basically we are a product company and we have a many cross-functional teams who work on the same product simultaneously.  We often encounter issues with cross-team JIRA items and dependency on them.

We are looking a simple way of prioritizing and roadmapping our features. Have a single view of all the tasks along with their status. A single interactive view for multiple releases. In JIRA all of these are manual task. We want to manage all of these JIRA task from this view. create/edit ticket from this view itself.

In short we want to manage user requirements, product backlog grooming, schedule releases and development plan. Access from projects or Agile boards of multiple projects or filters in a single view.

Sorry for the late reply, @kaushalkumar_jha

You stated, that you are on Jira Cloud Premium. With that license you have access to Jira Plans which does pretty much exactly that.

Have you checked that feature out? Get started with plans | Jira Cloud | Atlassian Support

There is a decent video here as well: Introduction to Plans in Jira | Atlassian

@Rebekka Heilmann _viadee_ we are not on JIRA cloud premium but on JIRA Data Center instead. Also I have raised this query because JIRA current features are not able to resolve it efficiently

For Data Center there are Apps like Advanced Roadmaps, Big Picture and so on. It really depends on your specific requirements as they slighty differ in funtionality
