Resource availabilty not shared between structures

When I check Resource Settings | Availability in my newly created structure while reusing the same Default Gantt chart configuration which i previuoslt set up with capacity per role in another structure, I don't see any of that capacity info. The Gantt chart configuration is the same for sure yet resource availabilty not shared between structures. Is this an expected behaviuor? Is it possiple to share resource availabilty between structures?

Yes, this is the expected behavior - the resource's availability is tied to charts, and it is not shared between charts. In Jira Server, the only way to consider resources' availability in multiple projects at the same time, is to have all projects presented on a single chart.

I'd like to submit a feature request for such functionality quite useful to multiple PMs planning capacity of shared teams. It could also help with performance issues by segmenting large complex structures  over a shared pool of resources
