Script fragment: How to add a custom field value

Hi,

I created a script fragment to create an issue, due to our requirement, the fragment is in raw XML

Now I need to add a value to a custom field, that should come up in the create issue screen. 

Since behaviors is not working, I need a way to pass the value of CF in the XML itself. How do I go about this?
