Setting up Testiny in Jira

Hi

I'm trying to set up the integration between Testiny & Jira.

I have it set up in Testiny - I can link a requirement to a test case, which then opens that requirement.

However, in Jira, it tells me Testiny is not connected and to configure the app in Manage Applications.

The Manage Applications page does not load and tells me that 'Something went wrong on our side'.

I've checked Testiny in Apps and it tells me it's added.

What have I missed?

Are you still having the same problem or have you been able to solve it?
Are you a Jira administrator?
Did it allow you to see the application manager?
Otherwise you can always ask for help from Atlassian support

Yes, I'm still having this problem. I'm not a Jira admin - just a humble QA. I can see the list of applications that are added - Testiny is one of them.

I've tried using Atlassian support, but it goes round in circles, directing me back to our IT admin. I've contacted them, but they've said they can't help and have directed me to Jira.
