Test Estimation using Jira (Zephyr)

I have added test cases with estimated execution time in each test case.  I am asked to provide estimates now. What's the best way to gest estimate based on these test estimates?  Moreover, is there any way to setup dashboard that tracks the progress of test case writing/execution?

I don't think Zephyr has much in the way of reports or dashboards to do what you need.  There are  reports in a Time & Effort category, but none of them actually provide information on estimated vs. actual effort.  From what I can see you will have to export and report externally.
