Hello everyone,
I’m encountering an issue with SchedulerPro plugin in Jira version 9.12.8. I’m unable to install the SchedulerPro plugin (version 6.6.7) as the installation process freezes at the progress bar. Interestingly, I previously installed this plugin on Jira Data Center version 9.12.8 when it was connected to an empty database.
Our database is Oracle.
Notably, there are no logs about this issue.
I’ve tried all compatible versions with Jira 9.12.8, but the issue persists.
Any assistance would be appreciated.
I installed the plugin both ways. After a long time, the plugin installed, but I encountered a 404 error in the configure section of the plugin. I have uploaded photos of the error as well. Can anyone help me with this issue?

Did you try installing the addon the following two ways?
1. Install using the OBR file
2. Install using the jar file downloaded from the marketplace (this should be performed after you shutdown Jira)
And if you did not already, try uninstalling the addon from the manage apps page and if it fails, verify if the file is present in the installed-plugins directory. If its present, remove the file and then try to install the plugin using both the above methods.
Try clearing plugin cache as well before executing each troubleshooting step.
