Unable to add evidence in Xray test execution

Upon uploading a video of 50 MB into the evidence section in x-ray test execution giving me below error . Nothing happens after clicking on Add and Cancel  . is anyone else facing this issue

The issue you’re facing when uploading a 50MB video to the Test Execution evidence section appears to be linked to the known bug XRAYCLOUD-8624, which affects how large files are handled in the UI. When triggered, clicking “Add” or “Cancel” might result in no response.

Temporary Workaround: If possible, try compressing or trimming the video into smaller parts.
We understand this isn’t ideal for everyone, especially when splitting files adds overhead.

For those unable to split files, we recommend attaching the video directly to the Jira issue using the standard Jira attachment section. While this won’t show under Xray’s evidence block, it still ensures the artifact is available for traceability.

We’ll update the linked ticket as soon as a fix is available.
