X-Ray Import From CSV to automatically assign Step Fields

I am new to X Ray and trying to make it work for all members of my team. We are trying to get import csvs to work and automatically assign the step fields during the import process to allow a smooth import so its not a manual process.

Any suggestions would be appreciated, thank you.
