Xray's Document Generator not working

Hi!

I am currently trying to generate a document from a test plan/test execution using Xray's Document Generator feature. I have the document templates uploaded and have used it about 2 weeks ago and it worked fine. However, when I try to generate a document today, the progress is stuck at 0%.
