I (tried to) install Zephyr Capture for Jira Cloud. The installation went OK, the app name is shown on the App list under "Manage Apps" -> User Installed, but a) without an icon, and b) the accordion for the settings cannot be opened. Looking at the dev console, whenever I try to open the accordion, the server responds with a 500 error. I cannot uninstall or do anything with the app, because even the uninstall button would be inside the accordion that does not open.
Any way to uninstall or reinstall the app correctly? (I tried reinstalling, the system says the app is active, but nothing changes.
