Missing Atlas Notifications

Hello! I have been informed by some users that they are not seeing email notifications via Atlas Projects as other project contributors post updates. After some initial testing it appears they are experiencing the following, at least specifically with one project:

• When a contributor @ mentions the Project lead - an email and Teams message is delivered to the project lead
• When a contributor posts an update without an @ mention - a Team message is delivered but not an email

I am wondering if it's a project specific issue, as the user mentions receiving email updates within other projects which they are not @ mentioned in, even when they are not the Project lead. Any ideas?
