I have a collegue who is unable to log in in her atlassian account, how can I contact support to check her account ?

of course, we tried on multiples browsers and computer and we got the same result.
Is the account managed by a domain or not? If it is managed, then the user must contact the org admins to have the account checked (it depends if it is synced from an idp or not). If the account is not managed, then the user can begin the "forget password" to recover the account.
