Assessment wrongly marked as failed in "My learning activities" page

Hi all,
I failed the Jira Service Managament Fundamentals Assessment days ago, but I took again the Assessment today and I successfully completed it.
Now I correctly have the badge in the "Profile" section and the Get started with Jira Service Management is marked as complete, but the Jira Service Management Fundamentals Assessment is still marked as failed (see screens below).
If I click on the Jira Service Management Fundamentals Assessment I see this page, where it's clear that I passed it today...
Do you know what is the cause of this problem? How can I solve it?
