We have 2 employees that have had their accounts first deactivated and then deleted since we don't use Atlassian anymore. However another organization wants to add them using their corporate emails but they can't since they are deactivated in our account. I can't add them back to deactivate them either.
Any ideas on how to solve this? Looks like Atlassian need to remove them in the backend.
The invite user form just give a red warning telling me to remove deactivated users.
Hi Martin! I've noticed that you have a managed account. If the other employees are under the same domain, they should be managed, too.
In this case, they must reach the Org Admins to queue the reactivation.
I can't share the org Admins here due to security reasons. So, I'd like you to contact your IT team and ask them to raise a support ticket with the Atlassian Guard Team.
