Can't change email address

My company recently changed email domains to match our parent company. We use one account for both Jira instances. I tried to update my email address to be the parent company domain, but it tells me my email address is already in use. If I try to log in with the email address of the parent domain, I can't see what company or products it is linked to and I cannot delete the account as it says my account is managed. The parent company cannot find my account with the parent company domain. So I'm in limbo. Can someone help me delete the parent company domain account so that I can change my real account, please?

Is anyone at Atlassian able to help me with this? It's going to cause me a major issue in the next month or so when the old domain gets switched off. I won't be able to use Jira.
