The community seems to be very slow for weeks. Is anyone else having the same issues? Is there a specific cause? Is anyone at Atlassian working on it?
Hi @Fabio Racobaldo _Catworkx_
I have noticed several symptoms for a few weeks, independent of the recent AWS incident. These include:
You could try pinging the Community Managers by email or in the release note articles for any symptoms you see.
Kind regards,
Bill
Thanks @Bill Sheboy ,
this is exactly what I'm experiencing on my side. Before going ahead with community manager interaction I'd like to know if it is a general issue.

Hey @Monique vdB ,
Is anyone working on this? With these performances, it's really difficult to work with the community.
Please let us know.
Thanks in advance,
Fabio

Hi @Monique vdB
It seems a bit worse today, including this symptom too:
Opening a question in a browser tab, answering it within about 1-2 minutes, and upon submitting the reply it fails with an expired token error...as if the page is very stale or has an incorrect starting time for the answer edit. Copying the answer text, refreshing the page, and waiting...then pasting it back helps as a workaround.
And, I just noticed that selecting "Like" for a post does not always save due to the same "staleness" symptom. Very curious!
Kind regards,
Bill

Since the AWS outage on Monday, the community page has become significantly slower to load, but my Atlassian One site remains unaffected and performs as usual.

Thanks for your comment @Ollie Guan
I think that community performance was not good even before AWS outage. I'd like to know if it is just an issue on my side or a general problem.
