Confluence REST APIs user authorization

Hello Everyone,

With Confluence, I am new. I would like to authorize the profile of a Confluence user through the web-based application; everything should be managed through programming(i.e. access token should create through code and will take it to process further). After looking at the Confluence documents, I was unable to locate any appropriate articles or pages that would have enable me to proceed.
