I'm a free trail user.

I have registered an account with my email address successfully in Atlassian.

But when i was trying to create a site, there was an error. And the error message is "Something went wrong on our end. Please try again. If this keeps happening, contact support. (Issue ID for Atlassian use: Anonymous ID: "0bb5dc21-fea1-9c00-64f7-3995573614d1")"

If anyone knows why and how to resolve this problem?

Thank you very much.

Hi @SWY welcome to Atlassian community.

Getting a "Something went wrong on our end" error when trying to create a site, especially as a free trial user, is not ideal. The "Anonymous ID" provided in the error message is specifically for Atlassian's internal use to help them track and diagnose the issue.

Given that you've successfully registered your account, I see the problem likely lies with the site creation process itself, rather than your account credentials.

  • Wait 15-30 minutes and try to create the site again. Often, these types of transient errors resolve themselves quickly..
  • Clear browser cache and cookies and try a different browser.
  • Since the error message itself directs you to contact support and provides an "Anonymous ID," this is the definitive next step if the above troubleshooting doesn't work.

Go to the Atlassian Support contact page and select "Technical".
