I have created our Help Center and our customers can now create service requests there. However, the customer does not receive an e-mail when I write something in the ticket. Are there any extra settings for this so that customers also receive emails?

* Customers can create service requests without logging in, but must enter their e-mail address
@Antonia there is a section for customer notifications. By default these are enabled for many interactions. You can find this in Project Settings > Notifications > Customer Notifications.
You'll also want to be sure you're adding a public comment and not a private comment.
