Free Trial of BigPicture

Hello,

I’m evaluating Big Picture and I tried the Free Trial for a day but made the mistake of uninstalling (instead of disabling). Now I’m unable to do to the free trial (But Now is the only option). Would you be able to tell me how I can continue my free trial?

Hi,

Sure. In the Manage Add-Ons page there is a manual upload option. What you need to do, is grab one of the following files:

JIRA6: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/download/plugins/eu.softwareplant.bigpicture/version/30003001302

JIRA7: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/download/plugins/eu.softwareplant.bigpicture/version/30003001303

And simply upload it using this option. Now, in the Manage Add Ons section, you should see BigPicture on the plugin list - click it and make sure it is enabled and that a license is input (not blank). If not, let me know and I will give you a new trial license.
