How can I merge Organization domain actually I am both admin

I have two Atlassian Domain instant that are in Standard subscriptions.

1 domain we paid direct to Atlassian and another one we paid to Dealer. any advise?

Welcome to the Community!

Are you looking to keep two separate sites but manage them both under the same organization?  If that is the case, please note that is only possible with an Atlassian Cloud Enterprise subscription.

If you what to merge the sites together, (without knowing what product, I will assume Jira for now) you are going to need to perform a Jira Cloud to Cloud migration.  I'd recommend starting here for that:
