We are facing an issue with administrator access to our Atlassian instance. The primary administrator has left the company, and we no longer have access to their account. We need to restore administrator access to manage users and system settings.
Could you please provide us with the procedure to regain administrative rights?

I assume you're talking about a Cloud site and not a Data Center site?
In case of Cloud, you should go ahead and create a support ticket with Atlassian: https://support.atlassian.com/contact/
As I personally haven't had the case where there was only one admin and that person left, I don't know which information Atlassian needs in order to restore access. But I'm sure they will tell you what they need.
