How to stop ACCEPT COOKIES pop-up on

The ACCEPT COOKIES message keeps popping up at the bottom of every new page in Chrome, for any atlassian.com site for the last week or so.  Even if I ACCEPT, it still comes back - any setting/fix for this?  Thanks!

can you check if your browser allows cookies? Here's a link which explains how to check it for different browsers.

As our Atlassian site admin, is there a way for me to suppress these somewhere in our admin settings so that my users don't see the notice?
