I can't delete this account

Hello, I have no idea how this "myname-numbernumber" named account is created. I'm trying to delete that account but I can't and exhausted while trying this.. Has anyone encountered this? If so, how did you resolve it?

Ensure you have deleted this site Go to admin.atlassian.com, select the site under your organization, click Settings then Product access, scroll down and look for Delete site under Danger Zone, confirm deletion (it takes 14 days to purge completely)

Atlassian gives a 14 day retention period after deleting the site, it’s part of their data recovery and security policy.
