I can't get back into my iCIMS portal

I recenetly applied for a role - with a referral - and every time I go to check the status, the account has disappeared. I applied through this link: 

(I put the link here, now it is saying invalid link. Why is the link invalid all of a sudden? Happy to give the link again if it helps but directly to support)

It used to automatically log me in then for a while, it stopped. I have been using my gmail and it used to show me my updates. Now, it just tries getting me to make an account with the Atlassian Jira product instead. Please help. I just want to check for updates but I can't. I also haven't had much luck with the Atlassian Support resources which is why I'm going onto here. Please help, thank you. I know the ruling says to not have personally identifiable information but I am at my wits end.
