for the app in my dashboard, but I can get others emails from Trello.

Hi @Marc Sancho welcome to the Atlassian Community! You posted this question in the Atlassian Account product group, but I'm not really sure I understand your exact question as it refers to an app in a dashboard and you mention Trello as well.
