I have the same problem reported in this post, which is slightly different from the problem reported here.
The customer's mail server belongs to her company, and we had no problem before.
I test with a dummy mail from another mail server and I received the link correctly.
EDIT: I've tried with these suggestions too, with no success.
I request a new mail to the customers, as is proposed in the post's answer, but I want to know: Is possible that the source of trouble can be bounce errors like in this post? Or there is another cause?
