Partner Portal: We can’t log you in because of an authentication error.

After login via https://partnerportal.atlassian.com/ and filling in my user/pass

I get to the following page: 

Problem Logging In. We can’t log you in because of an authentication error.

Link: https://partnerportal.atlassian.com/_nc_external/identity/sso/ui/AuthorizationError?ErrorCode=REGISTRATION_HANDLER_ERROR&ErrorDescription=We+could+not+locate+your+user+account.+Please+contact+administrator.&ProviderId=0SO0O000000TPKr&startURL=%2Fs%2F

I have reached out to my team that supports the partner portal with this information.  I will update you once I know something more here.

Hi @raro 

The partner portal is not open to all users.  I can't see if your email address is associated with an account there at this time.   I would recommend trying this link https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/?inquiry_category=partner_support&support_type=customer

From there you can request access to the partner portal.

Try that first.  If your account is granted access, then you should be able to reach the partner portal.

Hi @raro , welcome to the Atlassian Community and thanks for your post.

I have also had this issue before. Have you tried with a private / incognito browser? I think sometimes that can be a workaround for this type of issue.

Hi Valerie, thank you for your answer. Incognito gives the same issue... Also tried in Firefox (next to Edge).
