After login via https://partnerportal.atlassian.com/ and filling in my user/pass
I get to the following page:
Problem Logging In. We can’t log you in because of an authentication error.

I have reached out to my team that supports the partner portal with this information. I will update you once I know something more here.

The partner portal is not open to all users. I can't see if your email address is associated with an account there at this time. I would recommend trying this link https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/?inquiry_category=partner_support&support_type=customer
From there you can request access to the partner portal.
Try that first. If your account is granted access, then you should be able to reach the partner portal.

I have also had this issue before. Have you tried with a private / incognito browser? I think sometimes that can be a workaround for this type of issue.

Hi Valerie, thank you for your answer. Incognito gives the same issue... Also tried in Firefox (next to Edge).
