I've been reading the following article about enabling 2FA at the Atlassian Account Level: https://support.atlassian.com/atlassian-account/docs/manage-two-step-verification-for-your-atlassian-account/
I want to fully understand the implications of this setup before applying it to a client.
My question is, if we enable 2FA according to this article, and the user loses access to their Authenticator 2FA Application (such as Microsoft Authenticator) as well as their emergency recovery key, is there any way to regain access to their account?
Or is access to their account permanently lost?
