Can't receive Emails from Atlassian, Login Code never arrives

Hello, i can't login to my other account.
(i created this account to create a support ticket)

It says it sends a code to my email, but the email never arrives.

My Bitbucket repo page is
bitbucket.org GnomeEU

 

 

Is my email account on suppression list maybe?

Atlassian Support can unblock that for you. Happened with me also.

Hello, I have the same problem reported here by other users. I log in with my email and password and am asked to enter a code that should arrive in the email, but the code never arrives.
My registered email is <TRIMMED BY SUPPORT>

Emails are now showing delivered on our side. Can you please double-check the SPAM/Trash box?

Hi @Valerie Knapp , I have a similar problem, and nobody answers me, I need to renew my licenses, because they expire on the 15th, and I have no response from support, could you please help me.

Hi @Valerie Knapp ,
I have the same problem with my company account.This is my personal account just to ask a question since I cannot login my other account.

After our company moving from gmail to outlook I am not able to login my account.When I try to login it is asking me to enter OTP from email but email never arrives in my mailbox.
And when I try to recover my account also not getting any emails from Atlassian side.
I need help on the matter.

Hi!

Checking your logs, I’ve noticed the email was delayed on the mail server side, but delivered after a few hours.

Thank you, i tried again today, and today the emails arrive again.
Maybe they fixed something.

I have the same problem with my company account Nozze & Delizie.This is my personal account just to ask a question since I cannot login my other account.

Hi, Nozze!

The emails are showing as delivered on our side. Can you please check your Trash/Spam box?

If you aren’t able to find it, please contact your mail server admins for further troubleshooting.
