I can't remove users and would like to replace an old user with a new one.

We would like to remove a user but can't because they have associated content. The suggestion you gave is to disable them, however, disabling them does not give you the ability to substitute that user with a new one. How can I force the removal?

Unfortunately, this kind of change is only possible through the database, which is a restricted function in OnDemand, so it can't be done. Such changes could corrupt data and are very unsafe.
