Hi team,

 

I got a corporate (https://bsc-oit.atlassian.net/) account that got deactivated, a case was opened internally and externally, and nobody seems to have a clue how to help

Do you mean your company has claimed the domain for your Jira instance?

If so, then a Jira admin or Org admin should be able to reactivate the account.
