My organisation has been deleted due to inactivity and I want to reverse it

Hi, I had an email saying my organisation has been deleted due to inactivity. However I know I had data in Jira that I would like to back up before it is deleted. The email has this line:

> If you want to keep your organisation, we suggest you contact support within 15 days from receiving this email.

I received this email  but as far as I can see there is no way to contact support, I just get redirected here to the community support forums.

Can someone assist with this please? Thanks

Yep I've tried that already but unfortunately it's not able to find the organisation URL I enter. Every other option I can select is either not relevant or directs me to these forums.

I am hoping for some additional information regarding why you would like to restore the organization as part of our process (Can I restore an organization?).

I can confirm that organization ID dj98c6aj-1j98-18a1-k960-77j9j130911c  for which you've received a recent deletion notification email was an empty shell organization. It has been empty (no managed accounts, no apps/products, and no data) and inactive for the past 180 days.
The old cloud site which historically existed in the aforementioned organization has been cancelled and deleted, and according to Data retention period it won't be possible to restore its data.
This was the underlying reason why the associated organization became empty, and has been deemed inactive as it has not been used since the deletion of the aforementioned cloud site.

 Deletion of that inactive organization will have no impact on any of your currently used cloud products, Bitbucket, Trello, or any other data/subscriptions in Atlassian cloud. Your active Atlassian organizations are available to you on https://admin.atlassian.com/ page.
