Hello! I am trying to switch the email associated with my account, but I am not receiving any verification emails in the new account. (Tried many times.) Can you guys please check if it's on some kind of suppression list and unblock it? I saw that this has happened to quite a few other users.
I'm guessing you can see the new address because I tried to switch to it, but if not, can you open a support ticket and I'll share it there? Thanks so much!
Is the email you are having issues receiving the verification emails the one you used to post this question here?
In case it is not, upon your confirmation we can open a support on your behalf, so you don't need to share it here, for privacy purposes.
In case it is the email you used to post this question, I don't see any suppression for your email and there are records of open emails from yesterday, so we want to confirm, were you able to receive and open the verification emails?
Additionally, we can see the email used to post this question is already with a verified Atlassian Account. If you are still having issues, could you let us know what exactly and where it is asking you to verify your account?

Jessica, thank you for your reply. I assume you mean the email ending in "00000." No, that is not the one I'm having issues with. I'm trying to switch from that one to my other email. A support ticket would be great, thank you! I'll share the other address there.
