How do I change the email my invoice gets sent to

I have an account with Atlassian, but I would like our invoices to go to an email address other than the one I have in my profile. Is it possible to do this?

This did not work.

I set the primary billing contact to rdereal@acm.ca like so:

But the person at this contact did not receive anything. Meanwhile, I continue to receive the invoice at gshah@acm.ca. gshah@acm.ca is not even in my contacts. Instead I have my alternate email junk.mail291276@gmail.com which is not receiving anything (which is good) but where is it finding gshah@acm.ca? And how can I get it to go to rdereal@acm.ca instead?
