As I try to log in JIRA Service Management, the system require a 2nd step validation.
I dont have a emergency code and required to Atlassian send me a e-mail to recover. The problem is that this email does not come to my e-mail. I believe that its blocked from Atlassian side.
I need that someone from Atlassian Team check if the e-mail was really sent and in my domain its not blocked @mgwconsultoria.com.br
at this point i can not access JIRA and it cause a damage for my business because Im a admin of account of MGWCONSULTORIA

I have deleted the whole "mgwconsultoria.com.br" from our suppression list, can you check again?
