Restore Deleted Organization

Please, how can I restore a deleted/disabled organization?

The link (https://support.atlassian.com/platform-experiences) given in this article (https://support.atlassian.com/organization-administration/docs/can-i-restore-an-organization) is not helpful whatsoever.

The information given on the email states,"

If you want to keep your organization, we suggest you contact support within 15 days from receiving this email.

When you contact support, include your organization ID: xxxx-xxxx-xxxx

"

There is no option or input box whatsoever to input my organization ID!!!

Please help; I need my organization restored.

Which product is this for? → Select Atlassian Access or Organization Management

You'll then see a form where you can enter your Organization ID in the description box

Be sure to include the following in your message:

Your Organization ID

A short explanation (e.g., "We missed the email warning due to spam filtering and would like to restore the organization.")

Your Atlassian account email and any relevant workspace or domain details

If you're logged in with the correct admin account, this process should route your request to the Atlassian support team for manual recovery, as long as it's still within the 15-day window mentioned in the email.

Ok, thanks. I followed your instruction.

But leading to this page, there is no submit button to send my on the button that labels "View Self-Help Resources"

And there were no options that stated "Select Atlassian Access or Organization Management"

Please, what can be the way forward? @atlassian @Admin
