Unable to delete organization

I have two organizations, `impel` and `carlabs`. I no longer need `carlabs`. I've been trying for months to delete it. I'm still stuck at the stage of needing to delete apps. I've viewed the instructions here: https://support.atlassian.com/organization-administration/docs/remove-domains-and-products-from-your-organization/

However, the instructions don't seem to apply to the remaining apps, which according to the Billing page are:

- Opsgenie (carlabs.atlassian-app.opsgenie.com). Clicking "Manage" prompts for a login I don't have,

- Statuspage (carlabs.atlassian.net). Clicking "Manage" goes to a page that says this is a trial.

How do I delete these apps? Or more to the point, what do I need to do to delete the `carlabs` organization?

@Steve Saporta _impel_ai_ unfortunately the instructions are awful and often not applicable. Are you able to reach out to Atlassian Support (https://support.atlassian.com/) directly? If not, I'd suggest waiting another 30-60 days because Atlassian forces you to wait months to delete organizations.
