When attempting to register or log in to Aleph (OCCRP) at https://aleph.occrp.org, the login process redirects through the following OpenID Connect URL:

Is this login system managed or supported via Atlassian tools or projects? If so, what is the correct contact method or support portal to resolve account or registration issues related to OCCRP Aleph?
I attempted to register via the form on their site, which redirects here:

That looks like an Atlassian ServiceDesk instance. Is this the correct support channel for Aleph-related login or access problems?
