Migrate invalid and duplicated users with new JCMA solution!

I am trying to do a test migration but I am blocked because of the invalid and duplicate user issue. Users identified include inactive on our server instance (not a member of jira-users group) and garbage users created via imports (noreply@example.com).

I opened a support ticket but have not heard back.

For this test migration, we are only migrating a couple of users and one project.

For our actual migration, we will be migrating just a few hundred users. Hopefully, there is a way to do that and not migrate those inactive users and associated projects.

Any tips, tricks, guidance, and ideas are most welcome.
