Limits for Role/User Field In Automation User Conditions Increased To 500

 

Hello Community ðŸ‘‹ Scott from the Automation Platform here. I am thrilled to announce that we are raising the limits for the role and user fields in Automation user conditions.

With this enhancement, you can now include 500 users (up from 50) in your automation conditions. This means you can effortlessly automate tasks for larger teams, making your workflow even smoother

What's Changing?

The following components will have the limits lifted from the current 50:

  • User Condition (in roles)

  • Send Email

  • Assign Issue

When's It Happening?

It’s done; you should see the changes in the UI already.

 What Do You Need to Know?

If you currently have Automation rules that involve over 50 users or roles and fewer than 500, no action is required on your part; these rules will continue to operate as intended. However, rules that exceed 500 users or roles will still encounter failures after processing the initial 500.

Great work on finding ways to improve this that has been causing some friction for some of us :)
