How to link Bamboo & my JIRA repository

hi,

I tried to link Bamboo with JIRA repository by following a tutorial ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jqCitQ3W_RA ) but I am stuck when creating JIRA USER APPLICATION. which I can not find this option in my JIRA > user managment

idea how to do it with the last version of JIRA cloud !!
