What is the seperator for multiple email addresses?

 semicolon, comma? Do you need to create a new notification for each email user?

Yeah, just click "Add notification" and enter the additional email address. Another way to go about it would be to set up an email group / alias for anyone you want notified and send to just that one address. Might be more easily maintained that way, in case of personnel changes, etc.
