Bitbucket Synchronizing(to JIRA Crowd) fail issue (intermittent)

Hello!

Now We using Bitbucket (Configurated with Jira Crowd connection).

But Sometimes User Directories Synchronizing is failed.

(display bitbucket UI is synchronizing result is not refreshed, Actually fail message not displayed.)

Also, I wonder about User Directories (already inserted Configuration) Configuration.

This Configuration is get Operation (only 2 configuration (Test / Synchronize)). (What is it?)

This configuration field is default field? this field not correct related to field.

(I don't know when this field was inserted.)

I wonder that it impact to this issue. (This issue was occured when I remove my account)

Can I some information about issue?

Clicking the synchronize button will force bitbucket to connect to Jira immediately in order to sync the accounts that exist in Jira at that time with Bitbucket.   This tends to happen automatically anyways, I think the default interval is 60 minutes, but clicking the button forces it to happen right now.

How many users are in the Jira directory?   It might be worth taking a closer look at the bitbucket server logs at the time this sync fails to see if we can learn something more.   it could be a network issue, a problem with Jira, or possibly a problem with bitbucket.  Intermittent problems like this are harder to track down.   But it might also help to look at the Jira logs for the corresponding times. 

Is the Jira server under high load when this happens?  Is the Jira site appear to be unresponsive or slow when this happens?

I'm sorry for late reply.

We are using jira 50 user's license and user count is almost 50 now. (not yet fill with 50)

We can't find specific log contents about this issue at that time.

Jira server is not loaded at this time, this situation occurred with while we'are removing one user information at jira, we were done with remove jira account and At bitbucket, We try to synchronize with Jira crowd remote server. but information for sync time is not refreshed.

Although this issue was occurred Intermittently, it was apparently occurred with when we're remove user and syncing! (this logic was not performed automatically, this problem is not important with them, the most important thing is sync not working when removing someone account)

Now this issue is not occurred in our server.

But it's enough to available occurred in our server.

I understand that it's hard to completely solve this problem.

We want to minimal method to bypass this situation.
