Can Bitbucket host commercial open source licence?

I consider dual-licencing one of my open source projects.
I also consider starting other open source projects but with a commercial license.

Is it ok to host these projects on BitBucket for free?

Of course! Whether you have a paid or free accont, you can host whatever kind of project you'd like.
