How to make Hipchat integration to notify clients in the room

Hello, I've integrated Bitbucket with Hipchat. Everything is fine and I see the updates in the room, when I do commits and etc. But they are all silent. If I am away from the room there is no notification, that Bitbucket posted an update.

For example in Jira there is a special option called "Notify users in the room", which helped me.

Is there such option for Bitbucket? Was not able to find it. Thank you in advance for answers.
